BEHIND THE SCENES

In my Cinematography class during my junior year, we were assigned a Composition Project where we would create a 60-90 second narrative video. We were given a list of different types of shots to incorporate, such as a two-shot, clean single, dirty single, cutaway, etc. We were instructed to shoot the film with no sound, instead, telling the story through the composition and visual components.

In this short film, a pair of friends engage in a spontaneous staring contest when one friend catches the other looking at her.
