This film was created as a final project for my Documentary Filmmaking class during my senior year of college. Connor Green is the sprints/jumps/hurdles coach for the University of Hartford Track and Field team.

PLOT SUMMARY​

Designing training plans is only one part of being a good coach. Arguably the most important part of coaching is increasing the mental toughness of your athletes and inspiring them to leave everything they have on the track. Having the right coach who is able to achieve this by developing relationships with the athletes on their team is everything. Coach Connor does this as well as any coach I’ve ever experienced.​
