BEHIND THE SCENES

In my Student Firms: The Studio course during my junior year, my class worked to produce a TV show called Hawktime! Over the course of the semester, we would create four segments, creating two original commercials for each one. Abandoned Antiquities was the second installment of the show.

PLOT SUMMARY

The Cold War between the United States and Russia was at a peak when the University of Hartford was founded in 1957. As a precautionary measure, the school installed a bunker underneath one of the academic buildings, Hillyer Hall, complete with sleeping cots and sealed rations. In this episode, Chad leads the team to the bunker and dives into the history of the Cold War, as well as the current conflicts between Ukraine and Russia.
